My Little Birds Have Been Adopted 我的金孫鳥被領養

I miss you, my little birdies! This is the final shot before their adoption by a local couple on this June 1st.
我的金孫鳥,小台與小德二世,本月被領養.雖然才過半個月,但我已經開始很想念牠們.這是小加和小美的下一代,也是自我罹癌後首度親自撫養出生的金孫鳥.雖然內心捨不得,但新的主人是一對有愛心的夫婦,想必能給他們更美好的照顧.
我的精力和時間都有限,因此未來若有合適的領養者,小加和小美也考慮讓人收養.如此我才可能有餘力開始寫我的感恩見證集及回憶錄.

Thanks for loss and grief 為損失和哀傷感謝

This month I lost one of my love birds unexpectedly, therefore I was in deeper grief for several weeks. I thank LORD grants me the special incident and experience in my life. Let me realize how much precious time the LORD grants to us and how much love connects us. 
這個月初我突然失去我養的一隻愛情鳥,所以有好幾星期我活在深度的哀傷中.但現在我為神賜我這樣特別的事件與人生經驗而感恩.藉此我才了解先前神賜給我和愛情鳥多少珍貴的相處時光,更明白有多少的愛連繫著我們.

The LORD has comforted me in various ways. Today I buy a new bird, Little France, again to substitute the one I lost. She seems has good character and temper with yellow feather.
神已經透過很多種方式安慰了我.今天傍晚我終於再買了另一隻替代我所失去的.新的愛情鳥名叫小法,全身的羽毛是黃色的,她似乎有著好的性格和脾氣.

Only the LORD  knows how many factors and reasons lead me to feel sorry, including I do not have time to describe the detail. I just try to name a few. Firstly, I was too busy to take my birds seeing the veterinarian periodically and urgently. Secondly, I was not sure the reason he or she died. Thirdly, the new bird, Little Germany, I bought for substitution flied away in the next day during I went to attend the BSF. 
只有神知道有多少的原因和理由以致我如此的難過,包括沒有時間好好哀傷及詳述原因更令我不好受.我試著講一些:首先,我因太忙未能定期與緊急地帶小鳥看獸醫健康檢查.其次,我甚至至今仍未能確定真正的死因是生病或難產,亡鳥的性別是公或母.希望明日能進行再次的確認.再者,我前兩週剛買一隻新的鳥,小德,不到一天就飛出鳥籠逃跑了.這是在我北上參加英文查經班時發生的事.

Surprised by birds' grief – surprised by God's comfort 驚奇鳥的哀傷與神的安慰

Grief is a color of life, though people used to run away from it. What I am experiencing is God uses my grief to color my life. 

Recently I realize that even my love bird are experiencing the real grief, too. Through the specific feather of my love birds, I know they express their extra grievous emotion this way. Just as the Jewish people tore their clothes, when they grieved, including grieved for dead family.(Acts 14:14)

Commemorate My Love Bird 紀念我的愛情鳥

I post these photos for commemorating my love bird, Little In (UK), he just passed away this Sunday morning. 

I took this photo for him on October 31st, one week before his sleeping in the LORD.

 
I took this photo for Little In (UK) and Little May (US), when I just met them within one month. They sang and played together happily in my bed room last December.

This summer when I just moved to my hometown-Luliau in Taichung, I took this photo for this adorable couple. They love and enjoy the time together with each other so much. They often kissed and made love.

God grants me two grand love birds, Little Ma and Little Ry, during I receiving my alternative treatment.(Actually four, but two died during that period.) On the right side of the photo, we can see Little In and Little May was communicating and caring with their new generation. How lovely this love bird's family is!

十一月六日一早當我要為鳥兒們換水加食物時,突然發現貌似小英的鳥陳屍鳥籠,使我的心悲傷不已!
今天原定是教會感恩節特別愛筵聚餐,昨晚我還畢生首度嘗試煮一道正式的菜~麻油薑片烏骨雞湯,為此忙碌到很晚.
再不到一小時就要與從大里來的新朋友姊妹見面,講道與主持聖餐及感恩聚會等服事,這突來的惡訊重擊我心.
只能強忍內心悲慟服事我主,畢竟毫無心理預備,只因我太忙,以致牠一命嗚呼,我來不及救治,哀哉!我心充滿自責!

我不禁問主,為何讓這樣的事如此發生? 主日我忙了一天,晚上又為因電費不明原因爆增煩惱哭泣失眠的信徒奔波服事後,接著才處理我的愛鳥.鳥電老闆娘判定是母鳥難產而亡!果真如此,這就是那忠心盡責的小美!請原諒你這過忙無能又無用的主人吧!


十二月一日終於將活著的小鳥帶去鑑定,確定去世的是小英---我最心愛的小鳥.而這些天小美仍是如此充滿母愛,不但強忍喪偶痛又盡心竭力的顧兒,辛苦你了.小英,如今你可以歇了地上的勞苦,到天堂在主的國度中享受歡樂!謝謝帶給我的美好時刻,我會全心照顧小美,小馬和小力的,你放心地走吧~
小英已入葬在鹿寮新天新地教會的後院,可說是第一位殉道鳥(因主人忙於服事而犧牲),安息吧!

The Love Season VII 愛的季節 (七)

Many of the world Apple fans think to buy the iPhone 4S is an active action for commemorating the former Apple CEO Steve Jobs. Therefore, the pre-order iPhone 4S now has been reached to 500,000. To raise the love birds is also an active action for me to commemorate my cat, Jazz as well as the love of the LORD. I view to raise my pets is my enjoyable duty and I treat them as my family. 

My love birds are the adorable gifts both from the LORD and my friend. Though I said 'No' to them in the beginning. For I thought it was a hindrance to commemorate Jazz.  Recently I gradually realize some house wives do not like or allow their children to raise pets recently. Just as my sister-in-law mentioned to raise a pet is to make troubles for ourselves a few months ago. I can understand her feeling, but I do not fully agree with her. Because love is the key, it makes everything different. 

Sometimes when I am extremely busy and tired, even I do not have energy or good mood to feed them. However, my love birds always sing and praise with their passion. When I ignore the enjoyable time and relationship with my love birds, it means my life has been overbooked and I lost my family priority and balance.  I also notice if I pay less attention to my love birds, do not feed them on time, I will find one of their wing covert   
feathers or primary flight feathers on the ground. I still need to learn how to take care  and love them properly.

The Love Season VI 愛的季節 (六)

After three months, my grand birdies-the Little Malaysia (Ma) and Little Korea (Ry) finally try and learn how to enter into their cage this week. They used to live with no cage before this fall. I have to admit their parents Little Us (In) and Little UK(May) are adorable and wonderful teachers.

Even though when my grand birdies Little Malaysia (Ma) and Little Korea (Ry)were born, I could not see them in the first moment. I still received the LORD's comfort through them. I felt so excited for the coming of the new generation. But One thing bothered me after I started to raise them from this fall, that was they did not know how to use the cage. I tried many ways to assist them, for I knew the cage will protect them when the winter comes. 

I was thankful God prepared two families of my students to raise my love birds, Little Us (In), Little UK(May) and Little Taiwan (Tai) during I received the surgery and alternative treatment in this spring. But one day I felt sick to know the Little Taiwan (Tai) passed away suddenly because of hard adjustment of the speedy weather change in Chung Li. Her healthy situation had rapidly deteriorated, that I could not even see her one more time before her passing away. 

When I got a thyorid cancer, it is a sad event for me. I grieved for her a lot in the first beginning. I also viewed it as a loss in my life at that time. However, the LORD comforted me soon both by transforming my perspective and granting three more promising eggs- Little China (Chung), Little Malaysia (Ma) and Little Korea (Ry).

The Love Season V 愛的季節 (五)

These are my grand birdies.  Do you notice that Little Ma with his new hair style. He makes it by himself. So cute!
這是我的金孫鳥小馬與小力.你是否注意到小馬的新髮型?這是他自己的弄的,酷吧!夠可愛吧!

雖然小台和小中已蒙主恩召,但神另賜下開朗活潑不怕生的小馬與小力,每天充滿活力盡情的鳴叫歌唱,讓我深感安慰.

The Love Season IV 愛的季節(四)

Even though I do not learn love birds' words, yet I know their love language.
我雖沒學過鳥語,但卻懂牠們愛的言語.
When I hear their sound on the upper floor, I will let them hear my cheerful voices, too.
當我聽到牠們在樓上的鳴叫聲,我也會讓牠們聽見我興高彩烈愛的語言.
How to love not too much or too less? To love love birds is so easier and freely than to love humans. 
如何不要愛過多或太少?愛鳥是如此的容易和自由,遠勝於愛人.

八月十日與我新的金孫鳥相見歡!

距我今年開刀剛好半年.經過半年,我的金孫小台及還未來得及見面的小中已揮翅離去.留下來的是小馬和小力.

My grand birdie, Little Taiwan, loves to fly freely. This was the last time she played outdoors when I washed her cage on this middle January. Jesus set her free completely soon. Praise the LORD!!

The Last Moment 小台返天家前的身影

Last Tuesday my student told me that my little birdie, Little Taiwan, suddenly passed away in the evening. I am in grief, she is so lovely in my heart. Yet I know now she came to heavenly home, the weather there is much better than on the earth. Her life is so short than I expect.

Look! what a refined God's creation she is! I post some photos of the last moment of Little Taiwan in the following, it is three days before I entered into the hospital on February 9. Once again God demonstrates His authority to me through my little love bird. Even a little love bird is in God's plan.

Last Friday my student told me that God has granted me two very little love birds with four or five eggs inside of my bird cage already. It seems that I am experienceing the life as if the modern Job version. I mean, though I lost one, yet the LORD gave me twice as much as I had before. Truly, I believe the Lord will bless the latter part of my life more than the first. The LORD is worthy to be praised!

 Let's look my little Taiwan again and praise our LORD Almighty!

God Gives Me Mercy 神賜下憐憫

I have seen the little birdie went of the bird room twice after I posted the article "Waiting By Faith" the day before yesterday.  It seems Little Taiwan has grown up a lot within a week. I am so glad that my Little Taiwan is peaceful and feels secure with me. However, his mother, Little May, gave her a hint to come into the bird room immediately. This loving couple entered into bird room to accompany their children instantly. I can feel they love Little Taiwan very much. I am full of gratitude that God grants me this loving birdie family.

自前天部落格刊出[憑信心等候]一文,隔天我的小台就露臉從鳥屋出來兩次!!! 不到一星期的時間,小台長大不少. 看見小台很平安從鳥屋出來,我很感恩心中的疑惑頓釋. 小台好像還對我挺有安全感,倒是牠的母親小美立刻示意小台進屋同時自己也立刻進鳥屋陪伴.她的父親小英見狀隨後也一同進鳥屋.讓我感受到小台有對愛她的父母是項恩寵!!!晚上看見這恩愛夫妻睡在鳥屋頂靠窗口處,而小台則倚在鳥內屋窗口旁休息小眼睛不時好奇地向外張望.很高興神賜我這美滿恩愛的小鳥家庭!!! 

God gives me Mercy, Little Taiwan. He knows my need and the purpose of my life. It is by being an ama (grandmother) of the little birdie that I realize God's creation and will more deeply. "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground." (Genesis 1:28 NIV) For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.(Jeremiah 29:11)

感謝神賜下憐憫,我的金孫小台. 神知道我的需要和我一生的目的為何. 正是在成為小鳥阿嬤的過程中使我對神的創造和旨意有更深的了解. 耶和華說、我知道我向你們所懷的意念、是賜平安的意念、不是降災禍的意念、要叫你們末後有指望。(耶29:11) 神就賜福給他們、又對他們說、要生養眾多、遍滿地面、治理這地．也要管理海裡的魚、空中的鳥．和地上各樣行動的活物。(創 1:28)

Look! Little Taiwan is God's beautiful creation!!! This little birdie catches my attention everyday.

我的金孫,名叫小台.這是牠剛出生不久的相片,羽翼未豐卻是上帝美麗的傑作!!!
